Rental is subject to availability for the time block specified in your booking confirmation.
Nova Luna reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Pricing and packages may change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
A 100% deposit of the selected package is required to secure your date.
Add-ons will be billed with payment due no later than two weeks after the event.
Final invoices include all applicable taxes and fees.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, cash, and electronic transfers.
Provide accurate event details (date, time, guest count, type of event).
Notify Nova Luna of special requirements before booking is confirmed.
Ensure all guests follow venue policies and capacity limits (100 guests maximum, or 80 guests with bounce house setup).
Adhere to décor and vendor guidelines.
Rescheduling and cancellation terms are provided in your booking agreement.
Deposits may be forfeited if cancellation notice requirements are not met.
Standard rentals are 4-hour blocks with 1-hour setup included. Extra time is $100/hour.
Outside vendors are welcome, including DJs, caterers, and decorators.
Safety rules apply to bounce houses and capacity limits.
Events must begin and end at the agreed times.

Nova Luna is not responsible for weather, Acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.
Clients are financially responsible for damages caused by guests, vendors, or themselves.
Liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
